And something I wish I’d known sooner—always prioritize relationships with your clients. Growth is important, but personalized service and genuine connections will take you further.”
Agility is key, too. “The market shifts quickly, so your business needs to stay flexible. Don’t get too attached to one strategy—always be ready to pivot.”
