Spanish startup flowww specialising in digital solutions for aesthetic medicine, beauty, and healthcare businesses has raised €4 million in its first-ever investment round. The funding, led by Swanlaab Venture Factory and Bonsai Partners, with participation from Sabadell Venture Capital, will drive the company’s expansion into new markets.

With a strong presence in Spain and Latin America, flowww aims to consolidate its leadership in the European enterprise segment while strengthening its position in Latin America.

Strategic expansion and growth

The company has a team of 70 professionals across its offices in Spain, Mexico, and Brazil. With this first investment round, it seeks to expand into the European and Latin American markets through strategic partnerships with new partners, following the example of its collaboration with Odella in Mexico.

Go-to software for clinics and beauty businesses

Founded by entrepreneurs Natalia Villora and Germán Oltra, flowww offers a vertical software solution to help aesthetic medicine and beauty businesses optimise their operations. The platform integrates essential business functions, allowing clinics to unify their workflows within a single system. Key features include an intelligent agenda for appointment scheduling, digital invoicing with electronic compliance, stock management, automated marketing tools, and advanced data analytics.

Beyond its core functionalities, flowww provides specialised modules tailored to the specific needs of its clients. These include flowww WhatsApp, customised web applications, and other digital tools that improve customer engagement and transactional efficiency.

By streamlining operations, the platform is claimed to have helped businesses increase revenue by 40% and optimise profitability by 20%.

A fast-growing market presence

Since its launch, flowww has experienced rapid growth and now operates in 17 countries, serving 3,500 clinics. The platform has facilitated over 13 million appointments and manages an annual transaction volume exceeding €300 million. Its scalability makes it suitable for businesses of all sizes, from small independent clinics to large multi-centre chains.

The company’s success is reflected in its widespread adoption, with nine of the ten largest beauty chains in Spain already using the platform. This strong foothold in the domestic market has paved the way for further international expansion, particularly in Europe and Latin America.

What’s next?

As the aesthetic medicine and beauty industries continue to digitise, flowww is set to play a crucial role in helping businesses modernise their operations. By continuously developing new tools and features, the company is committed to staying ahead of industry trends and delivering the best solutions for its clients.

With offices in Spain, Mexico, and Brazil, flowww is well-positioned to scale its operations. The recent funding will support its efforts to enter new European markets while deepening its presence in Latin America.

According to Natalia Villora, CEO of the company said: “We are at a pivotal moment for the company, where our track record demonstrates that flowww effectively addresses key challenges in growing an aesthetic medicine, healthcare and beauty business. We are capable of driving direct profit margins with highly productivity and marketing-focused tools, providing the best vertical solution for the market. For this reason, and after years of being a profitable company funded by our own resources, we feel we have surrounded ourselves with the best partners to take an exponential leap into the global market and open new sectors focused on business growth with highly qualified support”.

Verónica Trapa, General Partner at Swanlaab, commented: “At Swanlaab, we are committed to flowww in this new phase of expansion and consolidation. Its ability to convert large private healthcare chains into loyal clients demonstrates the great potential of its technology in the enterprise and mid-market segments. We believe this is the perfect moment to accelerate its growth in key markets such as Mexico, Spain, Italy and Latin America, as well as its strategic return to Brazil. Natalia’s vision and her focus on monetisation, customer success and data exploitation position flowww on the path of global leaders like Zenoti and Mindbody. We are convinced that with this round, flowww will become a key reference in the digital transformation of the aesthetic medicine, healthcare and beauty sectors”.

Martí Escursell, Managing Partner at Bonsai, added: “At Bonsai Partners, we share flowww’s vision and are excited to participate in this new phase alongside our partners Swanlaab and Sabadell. The combination of its innovative product and multidisciplinary team uniquely positions the company to continue capturing a global market with exceptional growth potential. Moreover, flowww is part of a select group of verticalized B2B software companies that successfully serve both enterprise and retail clients—something that, from our experience, represents a distinct competitive advantage”.
