11x AI-driven sales automation 11x team

AI-driven sales automation workforce platform, 11x continues to generate significant excitement in the sales and tech sectors. It was only as far back as September when we reported the startup celebrated its $24M Series A round, and this week 11x has announced a further $50M in a Series B funding round. The company is continuing to ride the wave of enthusiasm surrounding its innovative and effective AI service, drawing significant attention from investors.

Andreessen Horowitz led the round with support from industry powerhouses including Benchmark, Quiet Capital, SV Angel, and Lux Capital. The investment will drive 11x’s mission to streamline sales workflows through its AI agents, Alice and Jordan, with a vision to fundamentally change the way work is done by replacing traditional software with digital workers.New funding secured by the San Francisco-based startup will allow continued rapid expansion of its AI-driven sales automation workforce. The company is aiming to replace traditional sales software with automated, efficient digital workers.

AI-driven sales automation changing the game

Sales teams frequently face operational overload, with an average of 70% of their time spent on administrative tasks instead of direct selling, according to Salesforce’s State of Sales report. The AI-driven sales automation from 11x addresses this challenge by creating digital workers designed to manage time-intensive tasks autonomously, enabling sales teams to focus more on revenue-generating activities.

Among 11x’s offerings, Alice and Jordan are its standout digital workers. Alice, touted as the world’s first AI-powered Sales Development Representative (SDR), autonomously manages lead generation, campaign coordination, and personalised outreach. According to 11x, Alice can achieve response rates up to three times higher than those of traditional SDRs. Meanwhile, Jordan, a multilingual phone representative available 24/7, is capable of managing calls in over 30 languages, delivering lead response times that are up to ten times faster than conventional methods.

Joe Schmidt, Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, noted, “11x’s approach to sales automation with Alice and Jordan isn’t just about optimising workflows. It’s about creating a new model for how work gets done. We’re proud to support 11x as they reshape what’s possible in sales.”

Accelerating AI-driven sales automation innovation with Alice 2.0 and expansion

11x is gearing up to launch Alice 2.0, a fully autonomous iteration that integrates first-party data and self-improving capabilities to learn from each interaction. The development is being led by the co-founders of recently acquired AI startup Opkit, Sherwood Callaway and Justin Ko, in collaboration with 11x’s CTO Prabhav Jain and product leader Keith Fearon.

As part of its growth strategy, 11x plans to roll out multiple new AI agents within the next year, scaling their technology to cover a broader range of Go-to-Market (GTM) activities, from lead management to pipeline analysis. CEO and founder Hasan Sukkar explained the company’s ambitious goals, “Each new digital worker will replace the work of 11 full-time employees, managing an even broader range of GTM tasks from lead management to pipeline analytics.”

Replacing software with digital workers

The funding also supports 11x’s expansion plans in San Francisco, where the company aims to ramp up its hiring for roles in development, product management, and AI innovation. The long-term vision is to redefine the GTM sector by offering digital workers that not only increase productivity but also allow companies to reduce their reliance on traditional sales software.

Sukkar summarised 11x’s mission succinctly, “We’re seeking bold innovators ready to shape the future of AI.” With backing from top investors and industry leaders like Aaron Levie of Box and Suhail Doshi, founder of Playground, 11x is set to carve a path in the AI-driven digital workforce, allowing sales teams to streamline and revolutionise their workflows through automation.
